The director of Muriel’s Wedding, P.J. Hogan, and star Toni Collette reunite in an original comedy with heart. The Moochmore girls are certain they all suffer from some kind of undiagnosed mental illness—because if they’re not crazy then they’re just unpopular. Their mother Shirley (Rebecca Gibney), unable to cope with her demanding daughters and unsupported by her philandering politician husband, Barry (Anthony LaPaglia), suffers a nervous breakdown. After Barry commits his wife to a mental hospital (telling his constituents that “she’s on holiday”) he finds himself alone with 5 teenage girls he barely knows. Desperate, he impulsively picks up a hitchhiker named Shaz (Collette) and installs her in his home as nanny to his daughters.

With the announcement that Bond 24 will now be a stand alone film it seems that Sam Mendes will be back to direct the next Bond instalment.
We’re still two years out from seeing the next Bond movie but ever since Skyfall was released in November 2012, fans have been anxiously awaiting details on the next one. Returning are also Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes as the new M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny and Ben Whishaw as the new Q.
Pre-production looks like it might take place as soon as late 2013 or early 2014 with the studio hoping for a 2014 release, but it seems the film will take a bit longer.
